As a volunteer at free-space.net I have been assisting clients with troubleshooting, site design, and other various aspects of web hosting. I am currently participating in "The F-S Apprentice" competition, which entails creating a free web host with other team members. Just recently I have begun assisting with administrative tasks like accepting/rejecting new sign-ups, cancelling, and upgrading accounts.
